Beautiful Bling

I recently reorganized my China Cabinet and moved some of my silver items to display.

I love the way the light makes the silver sparkle.

You can never have too much good bling.

I love this silver coffee scoop that I found on eBay last year.

And my crystal pineapple salt and pepper...can't remember where I found them.

I love beautiful things and can make a collection out of just about anything.  I could sit and look at something beautiful all day and be totally entertained.  I'm glad that God has blessed me with the ability to see and appreciate beauty and I'll admit that I can find it anywhere.  My home is important to me and I want it to be welcoming and inviting.  I do love the items that I have collected over the years that I have been allowed to grace this life and am thankful for each and every one.

Quick Announcement - Cracker Barrel is having a Porch Sale today through Sunday, so if you have had your eye on a Cracker Barrel rocker, check your favorite location...they might have some marked down 50% as that is one of the mainstays of their Porch sales...but you have to get there quick.

I'm joining the following parties.  Please click on the links below and visit with each of these beautiful ladies and their guests.

Oh how pretty. I love how you added the blacks and whites with the silver. I have an antique china cabinet. It isn't my favorite, but I've had it for years and it fits in my limited space. My kitchen, dining and living/great rooms are all one big space, so no walls for furniture. It makes placing large pieces tricky. I've always really just used mine to hold things I treasure, to protect them. I've never really decorated the inside...blogging, it changes everything!

Anita, your china cabinet looks lovely. Isn't it fun to rearrange things? I spy some of the Royal Stafford black and white plates among your treasures. I did a tablescape with the same plates this week. Stop by and take a look. ~ Sarah

How could one focus on food when there's so much eye candy in the hutch? If I were to be invited to dinner I would go home hungry. lol
The MILK pitcher is divine, and I had NEVER seen a coffee scoop with a spoon on the other side (excuse me while I turn green)lol
I, also, have a hutch filled with cream and silver goodies and if ours were side by side they would be FIGHTING for attention.lol

Maybe you can visit my blog sometime, I will be posting pics of all my treasures in the near future.

Thank you for sharing, I had a GREAT TIME visiting!

I found your blog through Google searching for tablescapes. I'm not a blogger, but I was simply blown away by yours. Your home is absolutely beautiful, photography as well. Thank you so much for all the tutorials, tips and decorating ideas you've passed on to everyone. You've inspired me to now add whites and silver together. Before I was much to afraid think white didn't help silver bling enough. I would like to ask about some of your pieces, if you don't mind. Many of the things listed were named, but I didn't see a name for the beautiful milk, butter dish and utensils container. May I ask what those pieces are and where they are from? They are gorgeous and so unique. Thanks again for sharing. Have a wonderful holiday season! God Bless you!
