To make my tiny cloche - A .50 cent glass candleholder from the Dollar Store, a glass votive candle from Home Interior, a glass coaster, a clear lucite diamond shape baubble, my trusty E6000.
Make sure all surfaces are clean and dry. Apply E6000 to each surface that will be glued together and let sit for about 5 minutes before placing the pieces together....glue the baubble to the bottom of the votive candle which will be the top of the cloche, glue the coaster to the top of the candleholder....let dry for 24 hours.
From useless items laying around and taking up space, I now have a cute little cloche that makes a perfect home for Santa.

Great idea! I've been playing around with other objects to come up with cloches and apothecary jars... gotta post about that soon!

I love this, Anita! You just made me realize that I may have a box of 4 of those glass votives from Home Interiors stuffed in the back of my linen closet! Now I have to look when I get home {I'll be very disappointed if I got rid of them}. Do you prefer the E6000 over Gorilla Glue? I found that a couple of my glass Dollar Tree hurricanes came apart at the base and I had used Gorilla Glue. I reglued them with hot glue and hope they hold up for the recipients.

Darling! I love the size and shape of these. I picked up 2 tall narrow tops...I think they used to be part of a light fixture in a former life and I would love to try this with them. Thanks for posting this!!
